2026년 봄(2025학년도 전기) 학위수여식 안내
여러분의 졸업을 진심으로 축하드립니다.
2026년 봄(2025학년도 전기) 학위수여식 일정을 다음과 같이 안내하오니, 아래 일정을 참고하여 학위수여식에 참석하셔서 자리를 빛내 주시기 바랍니다.
● 학위수여식
1. 장소 및 일시 : 2026년 2월 19일(목) 오후 2시, 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 콘서트홀
2. 참석대상 : 석사 및 박사 학위취득자 (가족 및 지인 동반 참석 가능)
● 학위복 대여 (※ 금학기부터 학위복 대여 방법이 변경되었으므로, 석사 졸업생께서는 반드시 숙지하여 주시기 바랍니다.)
1. 대여대상 : 석사과정 졸업생
※ 박사과정 졸업생분들은 학위복을 개별적으로 준비하셔야 합니다.
박사과정 졸업생 학위 가운 대여 관련 상세 내용은 송부드린 이메일을 참고하시기 바랍니다.
박사 학위복 대여업체 연락처 : 춘추사(02-312-6661)
2. 대여 일정 : 2월 19일(목) 10:00 ~ 16:00
※ 학위복은 당일 반납을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. [17시 전까지 대여한 장소로 다시 반납]
※ 학위복 수령 및 반납 시 신분증을 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다.
3. 대여 장소 : 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 김수환관 3층 컨퍼런스룸
4. 대여 신청 방법 : 사전 신청 후 현장 방문 (컨퍼런스룸)
※ 원활한 학위수여식 진행을 위해 사전 접수 신청을 부탁드립니다.
현장 대여도 가능하나, 대기 시간이 발생할 수 있습니다.
5. 사전 신청 기간 : 2026.02.10.(화) ~ 2026.02.14.(토)

※ 학번 작성 시, 석사학번은 9자리로 구성되어 있으므로 유의하시기 바랍니다.
7. 학위복 대여료 : 20,000원
※ 현금 및 카드 결제 가능합니다.
8. 학위복 반납 안내
※ 학위복은 대여 당일 17시까지 반드시 반납해주셔야 합니다.
※ 미반납 시 1일 연체료 20,000원이 부과됩니다.
※ 학위복 및 부속품 분실, 손상 혹은 관련 사항 발생 시, 대여자에게 해당 비용을 청구할 수 있습니다.
* 학위모 : 50,000원, 학위복 : 200,000원
※ 미반납 시 졸업증명서 등 증명 발급이 불가합니다.
● 학위기 배부
1. 배부일자 :2월 19일(목) 10:00 ~ (점심시간 및 주말, 공휴일 제외)
2. 배부장소 : (2월 19일 학위수여식 당일) 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 김수환관 3층 K351호 / (이후) 김수환관 3층 K340호 일반대학원교학팀
※ 학위기 우편 수령은 불가하며, 학위기 수령을 위해서 반드시 졸업생 본인의 학생증 또는 신분증을 지참하여 방문해주시기 바랍니다. (대리인 수령시에도 졸업대상자의 학생증 또는 신분증 지참)
※ 석사학위종별 대표자 및 학위수여식에 참석하시는 박사학위 졸업자 분들은 학위수여식 진행하면서 단상에 올라가 학위기 수령 예정입니다.
석사학위종별 대표자에 대해서는 일반대학원교학팀에서 별도 유선연락을 완료하였습니다.

现将2026年春季（2025学年度前期）学位授予仪式的相关安排通知如下，请参考以下内容并出席仪式，共同见证这一重要时刻。
● 学位授予仪式
1. 时间及地点 : 2026年2月19日（星期四）下午2:00 加图立大学 圣心校区 音乐厅（Concert Hall)
2. 参加对象：硕士及博士学位获得者（可携带家属及亲友一同参加）
● 学位服租借（※ 自本学期起学位服租借方式有所变更，请硕士毕业生务必仔细阅读。）
1. 租借对象：硕士课程毕业生
※ 博士课程毕业生需自行准备学位服。
博士学位服租借的详细说明请参考此前发送的邮件。

2. 租借时间 : 2026年2月19日（星期四）10:00 – 16:00
※ 学位服原则上需当日归还 [最晚17:00前在原租借地点归还 ]

4. 申请方式 : 事前线上申请后现场领取（Conference Hall ）
※ 为确保学位授予仪式顺利进行，请尽量提前申请。
现场亦可租借，但可能会产生等待时间。
5. 事前申请期间 : 2026年2月10日（周二）～2月14日（周六）

※ 填写学号时，硕士学号由 9 位数字组成，请务必留意。

※ 可使用现金或信用卡支付。
8. 学位服归还及注意事项
※ 学位服必须于租借当日17:00前归还。
※ 逾期未还将收取每日20,000韩元的滞纳金。
※ 如发生学位服或配件的遗失、损坏等情况，相关费用可能由租借人承担。
* 学位帽：50,000韩元 / 学位服：200,000韩元
※ 未归还学位服者，将无法办理毕业证明等相关证件。

1. 领取时间 : 2月19日（星期四）10:00 起 (午休时间、周末及法定节假日除外）

2026 Spring Commencement Ceremony Notice
Congratulations on your graduation.
We are pleased to inform you of the schedule for the 2026 Spring Commencement Ceremony.
Please refer to the details below and join us to celebrate this meaningful occasion.
● Commencement Ceremony
1. Date & Venue : February 19, 2026 (Thu), 2:00 PM / Concert Hall, Songsim Campus, The Catholic University of Korea
2. Eligible Participants: Master’s and Doctoral degree recipients (Family members and guests are welcome)
● Academic Gown Rental (※ Please note that the gown rental procedure has changed starting this semester. Master’s graduates must read the information carefully .)
1. Eligible for Rental : Master’s degree graduates
※ Doctoral graduates must prepare their gowns individually.
For detailed information on doctoral gown rental, please refer to the email previously sent.
Doctoral gown rental vendor: Chunchusa (Tel. 02-312-6661)
2. Rental Date & Time : February 19, 2026 (Thu), 10:00 – 16:00
※ Gowns must be returned on the same day [by 5:00 PM at the rental location ]
※ Please bring your ID card when picking up and returning the gown.
3. Rental Location : Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Kim Sou-hwan Hall, Songsim Campus
4. How to Apply : Advance online application followed by on-site visit (Conference Room)
※ Advance application is strongly recommended for smooth ceremony operation.
On-site rental is available; however, waiting time may occur.
5. Advance Application Period : February 10 (Tue) – February 14 (Sat), 2026

※ Please complete all information accurately.
7. Rental Fee : KRW 20,000
※ Cash and card payments are accepted.
8. Gown Return & Penalties
※ All gowns must be returned by 5:00 PM on the rental day.
※ A late fee of KRW 20,000 per day will be charged for overdue returns.
※ In case of loss or damage of the gown or accessories, the cost may be charged to the renter.
* Cap: KRW 50,000, Gown: KRW 200,000
※ Failure to return the gown will result in restrictions on issuing graduation certificates.
● Degree Certificate Distribution
1. Date & Time : From February 19 (Thu), 10:00 AM (Excluding lunch time, weekends, and public holidays)
2. Location : On February 19 (Ceremony Day): Room K351, 3rd Floor, Kim Sou-hwan Hall / Afterward: Graduate School Office, Room K340, 3rd Floor, Kim Sou-hwan Hall
※ Degree certificates cannot be sent by mail.
※ Graduates must bring their student ID or personal ID to receive the certificate. (For proxy pickup, the graduate’s ID is also required.)
※ Representative Master’s degree recipients and Doctoral graduates attending the ceremony will receive their certificates on stage during the ceremony.
Representatives have already been contacted individually by the Graduate School Office.
